It
is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I share news of my
gentle
hearted Garth. He lost his battle with IMHA as a result of complications
due
to the medications prescribed. He was released to pass onward in
his journey
last night at the Sonora Veterinary Clinic and he will be sorely
missed by
the many who were fortunate enough to have shared his too short passage
through our lives. Please pause a moment to wish him well on his
journey
across the Rainbow Bridge. I hope to someday see him again when it
is my
turn to cross that same bright span.
If it were not for the loving family of volunteers who care so much
for this
wonderful breed of dogs, I would never have had the opportunity to
meet this
magnificent representative of the that family. I know now what a
deep debt
of gratitude I owe you all. Thank you for enriching my life through
sharing
this gentle giant with me.
