Who is PARR?
Phoenix Area Rottweiler Rescue (PARR) is a local non-profit
rescue group dedicated to finding loving, permanent homes
for rottweilers that have been
abused, neglected or abandoned. Many Rottweilers for one
reason or other lose their homes. Some end up in shelters
awaiting the death sentence, others wander frightened and
alone. There is also a disturbing number of Rottweilers
who are dreadfully mistreated and must be rescued from
their current owner or caretaker.
